How can I find out the status of my order?
Ensure you have received a shipping confirmation email and locate tracking number. Visit www.fedex.com to track your shipment.

My order is listed on fedex.com as "Initiated" what does that mean?
This mean Fedex has received basic parcel information details but has not actually picked up the package from the GI warehouse. This type of information is usually displayed when a package is prepared on a weekend (days we do not ship) or holiday. We suggest tracking your order the following business day to get detailed information.

When will my order ship?
