Shipping
Low Flat Rate Domestic Shipping
We charge a low flate rate of $7.99 no matter the quantity ordered and we make every effort to ship orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday that same day.
For international customers we ship via USPS Priority International (6-10 Business Days) and we make every effort to ship orders that same day that are placed before 3pm Monday-Friday.
Focus Food Shipping policies (Domestic orders)
During the summer months due to the weather outside we can not guarantee the shipping of Focus Food. Extreme heat and humidity may affect the bars during transit. We take every precaution to ship Focus Food orders at the last call with our various shipping companies.
We recommend if you live outside of the Fedex 1-2 business day shipping area that you choose the 2-3 day cold ship option. This option ships your order via USPS priority in a insulation bag with a reusable cold ice pack. When you select the COOLSHIP shipping option your orders maintain the best possible temperature during transit. COOLSHIP rates include the cost of the reusable cooler and the non-toxic liquid ice pack.
Focus Food-International orders:
There is no quicker (or economical) way to ship bars interantionally than the methods we use. We ship via USPS Priority International which takes an average of 6-10 business days. Choosing cold ship will add an insulator as well as an ice pack to help keep your bars cooler during the transit time. If you are interested in expedited shipping which is tyipically less than 5 business days but usually 2x-3x the price of priotiy please email us and we will be happy to help set that up for you.
